Brunsbüttel routes

Considering the 2018 extension of road tax in Germany, we are now in the situation to work extra carefully to optimize the transit routes across German roads. Considering the number of trucks and transports loading from Brunssbuttel area the choice of roads will directly influence the total cost of the transport.

For example, the trip Brunsbüttel - Hemmingstedt on the "recommended route" will cost 2.7 EUR in tax, while on the "route 5 not recommended" the cost jump to 7.9 EUR per transit (5,2 EUR difference per one truck, one time). Multiplying that for the whole fleet, and for a whole year the saving will account for more than 60.000 EUR.
